ASRC Federal is seeking a

Product Owner

to support a DoD legacy Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) in Falls Church, VA where we support the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Be recognized and rewarded for your contributions in an environment where collaboration and innovation are welcomed.Responsibilities:Support government leads in identifying tasks and activities required to deliver the complete scope of work.Accurately sequence tasks and estimate their duration.Develop a clear and realistic schedule of events and support government lead to manage to that schedule.Host/support required meetings and forums including Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and provide the stakeholders with increased visibility of planned project activities (this includes but not limited to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports/taskers).Host/Support forum that ensure project risks and issues are efficiently communicated and effectively mitigated.Advise the government lead on project planning, developing project plans and documentation, defining and managing project resources, functionality, cost efficiency, benefits, contract, and technical and cyber-related compliance.Provide support to include archival of project artifacts, lessons learned sessions, rating contractor performance and developing Project Closeout Reports.Manage project ServiceNow tickets.Support the project software configuration management and change package process.Manage and support project decommissioning activities (this includes but not limited to tracking project decommissioning activities, working with decommissioning stakeholders and drafting decommissioning memorandums).Manage project software and hardware licenses.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.3+ years of experience in leading software development teams in all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Strong Project Management skills.Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.Able to recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes; identify problems; evaluate trends and anticipate requirements.Ability to track and report on cost, schedule and performance for IT projects.Experience with MHS/DHA or other DoD Agency highly desired.Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate with executive leadership, enterprise workforce, and internal and external stakeholders.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Teams, and SharePoint.Effective verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to serve as the project point of contact, leading calls, and video meetings.US Citizenship is required for the DoD Public Trust clearance.
