Take depositions and present arguments for motions and contested matters in state and federal courts.Participate in ongoing training programs to expand responsibilities and skills.Foster collaboration across various practice groups and office locations.Contribute to business development initiatives with potential pathways to partnership.Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely two days per week.Requirements:
3-6 years of experience litigating bankruptcy, restructuring, or creditors’ rights matters.Proficiency in the Bankruptcy Code, local rules, UCC, and secured transactions.Extensive experience in motions practice, contested matters, and adversary proceedings.Ability to think quickly and perform well under courtroom pressure.Demonstrated expertise in deposition-taking and preparation.Strong research and writing capabilities.Team player with a drive for professional development.Interest in building relationships internally and externally.Previous experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Outstanding law school credentials and references.Education and Certifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.Skills:
