Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. We pride ourselves in supporting our patients’ medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder. Starting our fight against the opioid addiction crisis in 2005, Crossroads has remained physician led and patient focused as we’ve grown to 100+ clinics across nine states.
Day in the Life:
Model INSPIRE culture at all times through interactions with team members.Support core finance business processes; financial reporting, revenue recognition, budgeting, financial modeling and forecasting.Validate departmental results, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure active departmental involvement in core financial initiatives.Work collaboratively across the Company's locations and service leaders to help facilitate effective processes and assist in executing financial initiatives.Management skills.Travel to Support Center in Greenville, SC as needed.Month end reporting - 25%Operations centric ad hoc reporting - 40%Ad hoc project work - 35%Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degreeApproximately 2-3+ years of experience in consulting (think Big 4) or investment banking environment, ideally in a heavily quantitative field. Ideal candidates will have exposure to financial analysis with a title such as Consultant or Senior Analyst.Strong track record of progression (career advancement).Expert fluency in Excel for modeling and analysis.Benefits Package:
