Become the main point of contact for contract and financial coordination with the project team, owners, and subcontractorsResponsible for preparation of monthly payment requests, coordination of all subcontractors change orders, payments, contracts and waivers/affidavitsHave a client focused approach and work well independently and as part of the accounting teamReview and enter subcontract agreementsMaintain change order documentationPrepare monthly pay requests (Billings/Draws)Manage and communicate job cash flowAnalyze job cost and identify problemsReview and track waivers, affidavits, and collectionsRecord cost transfers in accounting softwareManage subcontractor payment distributionAssist Project Manager in identifying the need for additional servicesPrepare project cost performance reportsReview owner contracts to ensure all terms and requirements are being metContribute to accounting team meetings with knowledge sharing and process improvement ideasBenefits
