Team IntroductionGovernance and Experience team of e-commerce are responsible for ensuring the safety and trustworthiness of the marketplace for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value our users' satisfaction by working on policies, rules and systems to ensure the quality.

ResponsibilitiesWork with a team to design and implement algorithms to detect and control risks/frauds in contents/products/sellers/creatorsCollaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team and ops team to help define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints
QualificationsPhD degree in computer science or related technical discipline.Working experience in one of the following fields: machine learning, NLP and computer visionExperience with software development in at least one of the following programming languages: C++, Python, Go, JavaExperience in anti-fraud/anti-spam/platform-integrity or related fields is a big plusStrong sense of responsibility and good at communication and teamwork

Job Information:[For Pay Transparency]The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $126000 - $244800 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life. We offer the following benefits to eligible employees:We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.
