Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work Schedule: In-person M-F
Salary: $50-60K + Quarterly Bonus Potential
The Keller Group is seeking an experienced Bilingual
Human Resources Generalist
for a national construction and manufacturing group headquartered in the Greater Phoenix area. This opportunity requires knowledge of HR policies and procedures and experience supporting payroll, reporting to the HR team. This is a dynamic company that is in growth mode doing some incredibly unique things in the building space!
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding process for employees, including interviews, preparing employee files, completing all new hire paperwork and fielding any questions.Respond to all employment verification and manage unemployment claims.Serve as the go-to for any for any questions related to HR policies and employee relations issues, handle for appropriate resolution.Assist employees when enrolling for health insurance and manages all benefits and insurance enrollments.Process payroll weekly and bi-weekly; Monitor and make corrections to time keeping system.Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and field requests for employee pay stubs, performance reviews, PTO and more.Ensure all company forms are current and available. Report new hires bi-monthly to the Arizona New Hire Reporting website.Provide accounting and admin support to ensure efficient office operations and perform other duties as assigned to support the HR department and company operations.If you are a detail-oriented Bilingual HR Generalist located in the Greater, AZ area with a passion for supporting a growing organization, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
Requirements
HR Generalist Qualifications:
Proven experience in an HR administrative role.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.A "can do" attitude and the willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks required to meet the daily demands of the business
