Sr. Sales Account ManagerJob ResponsibilitiesEnsure customer satisfaction by assessing and addressing needs, devising and implementing action plansOversee a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction while achieving financial objectivesContribute to formulating sales strategies aimed at meeting corporate sales goals and advancing company objectivesCoordinate commercial activities across the organization, collaborating across divisions on engineering changes, quality enhancements, quotations, negotiations, and reportingMaintain and enhance internal sales systems and customer interfaces, monitoring changes and providing updates to managementFoster clear communication and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersResolve commercial issues promptly in cooperation with multiple regions and across various product linesChampion optimization efforts through active participation in continuous improvement initiativesThrive in a collaborative environment where adaptability and teamwork are essential for organizational successQualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related technical fieldMinimum of eight years of experience in automotive supplier sales or manufacturing environmentsProven ability in negotiation and presentation skillsProficient in generating and presenting clear, concise reports, including financial analysesProficiency with MS Office Suites (2007 and newer) and web-based applications and technologiesConsistently meets deadlines and excels in organizational skillsExcellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills with all levels of staff and managementStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skillsExperience with Domestic OEM purchasing systems is highly preferred
