This is a hybrid position in our Tarrytown, NY orMalvern, PA office.

Your Role:
  • Plan and execute audit engagements, reviewingworkpapers, communicating with clients, and supervising the respective AuditTeam to ensure objectives are met.
  • Conduct audits, manage progress, analyze, andreport results to Audit leadership and stakeholders.
  • Engage with cross-functional partners to assessproblems and risks, develop improvement opportunities, and supportimplementation of solutions.
  • Monitor achievement of action plans to ensurefollow-through and implementation.
  • Contribute to digitalization initiatives byleveraging data analysis and visualization tools, and automation to streamlineaudit processes.
  • Represent Internal Audit within SiemensHealthineers, enhancing the reputation of SHS Audit as a trusted businesspartner managing risks for the company.

Your Expertise:
  • Driving digitization further within our internalaudit group and audit engagements.
  • Possess practical knowledge of digitizationpossibilities for audit activities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), PowerBI or KNIME, and familiarity with SAP orother ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Work with our latest technology, necessitatingyour willingness to learn about new software and hardware solutions.
  • Fluent in English (ideally as a native language,spoken and written) since you will interact with international customers; aforeign language proficiency is a plus.
  • Your profile is rounded out by excellentpresentation skills in customer environments, showcasing your team orientation,communication abilities, and customer focus.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for thisposition:
  • Master's or bachelor's degree or equivalentexperience required.
  • Professional certifications, e.g., CPA, MBA,CISSP, CIA are a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience, includingprocess, systems, operational, financial review, compliance, audit, attestationin a Big 4 consulting firm preferred.
  • Great judgment and confidence in resolvingmatters requiring Board or management attention.
  • Excellent analytical skills and good judgment inassessing risks and control deficiencies, with confidence in resolving complexissues requiring management attention.
  • Leadership, verbal and written communication,and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and works withminimal direct supervision to multitask and lead workload to timely completion.
  • Willing to travel, both national andinternational, up to 30%

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 U.S.dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.The annual incentive target is 10% of base pay.
