Applynow for the position of Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP). This will place you in the center of some ofthe most dynamic areas of the Siemens Healthineers' engineering organization. Youwill develop a well-rounded understanding of product development in variousareas of engineering, while learning new skills and tools to solve complextechnical problems.

TheEngineering track provides you with the skills needed to become a successful BiomedicalEngineer, Mechanical Engineer, Software Engineer, Electrical Engineer, SystemsEngineer, Computer Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Process Engineer,Digitalization Engineering, Requirements Engineer, Engineering Project Manageror Industrial Design Engineer in support of daily operations in our many globalR&D sites.

TheELDP is a two-year program that consists of three eight-month rotationalassignments. Each rotation strives to developleaders of tomorrow by providing an introduction to a vast network ofcolleagues, hands on leadership experiences across varying departments androles and opportunities to expand technical and interpersonal skill sets throughhighly impactful projects. Typical rotation sitesinclude Tarrytown NY, Flanders NJ, Glasgow DE, Mishawaka IN, and WalpoleMA.

Your role:
  • Youwill be assigned challenging technical projects within each rotation. These assignments will provide opportunitiesto lead activities and teams, root cause investigation, design and testhardware and software, plan projects, characterize and specify products andsystems, etc.
  • Youwill receive mentoring from Siemens Healthineers' team of innovators, gainaccess to and network with senior decision-makers and key leaders, and learnwhat it is like to work as part of a company that is solving global challenges.
  • Youwill participate in several learning workshops and training courses; develop awell-rounded understanding of engineering product development from variousaspects of the business and develop a broad network within and outside of the Engineeringorganization.
  • Youwill be assigned a Rotational Manager to assure development and progress, withweekly and daily check-ins as appropriate. Routine interaction with the ELDPProgram Managers is expected as well as multiple networking events andone-on-ones with Engineering senior management.
  • Youwill be search out your own rotational assignments (2nd, 3rd)thru networking within the organization and through a broad network of currentEngineers, Associates and Alumni. Associates can be expected to reach acrossdifferent disciplines of engineering throughout the program.
  • Youwill transition into a specialized role within the global engineeringorganization at the successful conclusion of the program.


Your expertise:

  • Majors: BS/MS - Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, IndustrialEngineering, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Systems Engineering,Computer Science or similar
  • Graduation Date: Must graduate by the program start date, but nomore than one year prior; program start date June 2025
  • Preferred GPA: 3.4
  • Work Authorization:Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required

The pay rangefor this position is $87,150 - $114,400 U.S. dollars annually; however, basepay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, andexperience, as well as where the work will be performed.
