We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated data scientist experienced in ML/AI to join our Analytics team. As an ML/AI Expert Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in the development of innovative data-driven solutions for our clients in the life sciences industry.

As a ML/AI Expert Data Scientist, you will:

Develop and implement advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence models to analyze healthcare dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and design data-driven solutionsApply your expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection to extract meaningful insights from large-scale datasetsCreate and maintain data pipelines and workflows for efficient data collection, processing, and analysisStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI techniques relevant to the life sciences fieldTranslate research findings into actionable recommendations and communicate analytical insights to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerContribute to scientific publications and presentationsMentor junior team members and provide technical leadership in the ML/AI domainQualifications:

Advanced degree in data science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning and AI, with a strong portfolio of projects related to life sciences or healthcareExperience with programming languages such as Python or R, as well as SQLUtilize Databricks for scalable data processing and analysisWork with Snowflake data warehousing solutions for efficient data storage and retrievalLeverage cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for scalable computing resources and cloud-based servicesExpertise in machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex, multidimensional dataDeep knowledge with secondary data sources including claims (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, Definitive Healthcare, MarketScan), affiliation, genetic testing, EMR/EHR data and other RWE dataOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex analytical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholdersPassion and prior experience about applying machine learning and artificial intelligence to make a meaningful impact in the field of life sciencesQualities that we seek:
