Job Summary

The Account Manager performs a highly visible role, managing the day-to-day tasks with clients and internal teams. Organizing daily communication and workflow of all projects, the Account Manager reports back to the Account Supervisor with key progress updates, as needed. Acting as the liaison between the client and the internal team, the Account Manager is responsible for leading projects to completion and upholding a standard of excellence. A collaborative individual who can operate independently and is eager to learn and grow, the Account Manager is highly interested in marketing and working across various disciplines of an integrated agency such as media, creative, website development, print publication, etc. A passion for travel is a plus.

Responsibilities

Remain in consistent contact with Account Supervisor about opportunities, issues and ideas within the team.Own and maintain internal team rapport, communication and status calls.Manage team processes and timelines to best service the needs of clients.Ensure all contractual requirements are consistently met with the client.Collaborate with the Account Services team to ensure internal processes are being followed by all team members and quality products are being delivered to exceed clients' expectations.Continually demonstrate behaviors that support Miles Partnership's core values: Passionate, Open, Curious, Collaborative, Impactful.Work to understand the relationship between divisions within Miles; seek opportunities to understand the impact of each department.Present lessons learned and opportunities internally.

Requirements

3+ years of agency and/or account management experience.Demonstrate strong analytical skills interpreting data and reporting back to Account Services team members.Understands, and continual self-education on, marketing best practices.Awareness of B2C and B2B marketing principles.Demonstrates problem-solving skills.Has good communication skills both internally and externally.Demonstrates good leadership and managerial skills to develop strong team performance.Possesses excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Is proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Google Suite.

Location

REMOTE. This is a remote position. We are open to a remote candidate located anywhere in the US or an in-office candidate based in our Sarasota, FL or Lakewood, CO office.

Travel Requirements

Compensation
