Take and defend depositions of parties, corporate representatives, and experts
Qualifications:
Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar exam
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
