Matters.PurposeThe position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with strategic healthcare accounts, both prospects and customers. The accounts are typically mid to large healthcare entities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record for achieving revenue growth and sales quota targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through partnering with organizational cross functional teams.Position ResponsibilitiesGrow revenue with strategic, named accounts in the Northeast TerritoryEstablish and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsIdentify, attend, and support annual conferences and events to establish relationshipsCommunicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific inquiriesSuggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needsHandle escalations between strategic accounts and the Key Accounts teamMeet assigned strategic accounts and identify new platform feature opportunitiesMonitor sales performance metrics and adjust activities to reach desired resultsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecastsEngage internal resources and 3rd parties to prepare and deliver sales presentations and design solutions to meet customer needs and close strategic account opportunitiesRemain abreast of current healthcare market trends and communicate relevant information internally and externallyObtain a depth of knowledge on all Centegix solutions and servicesStrong comprehension of healthcare industry initiatives and the correlation with Centegix solutions and servicesMaintain a level of understanding of issues related to healthcare and specifically to hospitals and health systemsCover assigned territories and traveling 50% of the timeResponsible for identifying and initiating one-on-one dialog with new potential referral sources and maintaining positive relationships with existing referral sourcesNetwork, build relationships, and educate referral partners within the healthcare system on all the benefits of Centegix products and services and how it saves livesDevelop sales territory action plans and call strategies to maintain ongoing business with current accounts and apply working knowledge of clinical, consultative, and strategic selling skills to drive new market potential to grow the business within assigned territoryRequirementsProven sales leader who is approachable, has strong emotional awareness and embraces changeMinimum of 5 years SaaS sales experience in the Healthcare tech field strongly preferred and/or extensive SaaS and HaaS sales experience outside Healthcare tech fieldExperience in the Emergency Response System and Safety arena highly desiredSolid sales experience and proven results in healthcare vertical or related industryHands on experience with CRM software and account management systemsUnderstanding of sales performance metrics and KPI’sEnterprise level software rep with an ability to address executive-level customer requests in a timely mannerStrong needs analysis/questioning, pipeline building, analytical skills (understanding quota’s and what’s required to achieve), negotiating, presentation, closing skillsCapacity to listen and identify needs of healthcare institutions and then articulate the story of why our solutions meet those needsPassionate, energetic, trustworthy, reliable, motivated by moneyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationshipsAbility to work with sales management to develop strategic sales plan for territoryMust have key contacts they can leverage within the territory and industryMust be well connected and have established relationships in the following areas (Safety & Security, Top Level Hospital Administration, Chief of Staff)Proven dynamic presentation skillsHigh degree of professionalismPassion for healthcare and technologyWhat’s in it for you?Remote first work environment; we offer workplace flexibilityParticipation in company wide discretionary bonusUncapped commission potential (SALES ONLY)15 days paid time off11 paid holidaysMonthly device(s) reimbursementAffordable health coverage (medical, dental, vision)401(k) Plan with 4% employer contribution to help you plan for the futureEmployee Referral BonusCharitable Program MatchCENTEGIX is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
