We have a nationwide practice with offices in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, and North Carolina. We are currently seeking an Attorney for our Independence, Ohio office.Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss their claimsAssess cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, overtime disputes, and wrongful terminationManage the claims procedure and litigation process efficientlyParticipate in negotiations for settlementsMaintain regular communication with staff and managers to coordinate appointments and discussionsPrepare necessary legal documents such as notice of claims, EEOC charges, and state charge formsCollaborate with EEOC investigators to provide evidence and support for casesQualifications:

To be considered for this position, a Juris Doctorate is requiredThe ideal candidate should either be currently licensed to practice law, awaiting Ohio bar results, or scheduled to take the July Bar ExamStrong communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have for this roleDemonstrating empathy towards clients is a key requirementAdvanced time management skills for multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing work are essentialCompensation:

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly
