Subrogation & Recovery - Department Attorney

Cozen O’Connor is seeking a department attorney for our Subrogation & Recovery Department to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. Come work at an AmLaw 100 firm in a 9-5 role without the pressure of billable hours!Responsibilities:Evaluating and handling large property claims including coordinating the investigation, retention and management of experts.Identifying potential theories of liability and client reporting.Triage large losses, closing those that are nonviable with client approval.Identifying claims with an appropriate factual and legal basis for pursuit of recovery.Qualifications:Minimum of two years of experience handling subrogation claims, insurance claims, construction claims, or commercial litigation.Excellent interpersonal, research and writing skills.License in good standing in Georgia required.This position is not on partner track, but it has the potential to be converted to an associate position in the future.Note:
