We are looking for an experienced Worker's Comp Defense Attorney to work with a reputable Law Firm in Louisiana!Salary range: $120K - $145K/year (DOE)In office GeneralDirect HireResponsibilities
Works with employers to settle workers comp casesAssesses claimant documentation, legal benefits, and any other matters related.Drafts and reviews pleadings, briefs, and other legal documentationAnalyzes employment recordsPerforms any other duties related to the roleQualifications
Required: Juris Doctorate and CA Bar License - 5+ years of experienceMust have JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the State of Louisiana.Attention to detail and multitasking skills - Results-oriented and client-focusedStrong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills
