Works with employers to settle workers comp casesAssess claimant documentation, legal benefits, and any other matters related.Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and other legal documentationAnalysis of employment recordsAny other duties related to the roleQualifications
Required: Juris Doctorate and CA Bar License - 5+ years of experienceMust have JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the State of Louisiana.Attention to detail and multitasker - Results-oriented and client-focusedStrong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills
