We are looking for an experienced Worker's Comp Defense Attorney to work with a reputable Law Firm in Louisiana!
Salary range: $120K - $145K/year (DOE)

Responsibilities:Work with employers to settle workers comp cases.Assess claimant documentation, legal benefits, and any other related matters.Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and other legal documentation.Analyze employment records.Perform any other duties related to the role.
Qualifications:Required: Juris Doctorate and CA Bar License - 5+ years of experience.Must have JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the State of Louisiana.Attention to detail and multitasking abilities - Results-oriented and client-focused.Strong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
