Our client is looking to fill the role of Sr. Graphic Instructional Designer. This position will be located on site in the Boise office. We are in search of the individual who can step alongside our marketing and creative services team to assist them through participation in various stages of the creative process as well as key marketing initiatives for the agency. This dynamic and fast-paced role will support the Amherst Madison Creative Director &/or Marketing Director with whatever projects they may have at the time. For this reason, you will be expected to be capable of anticipating the needs of others and reacting quickly to changes or new projects. You will also interface directly with clients in creating custom branding packages, visual assets, print & digital collateral, and property marketing packages. A team player with a balanced creative and design skill set is needed. More specific to the first 3-6 months of employment (and perhaps extending longer), this individual will be assigned to a client who is launching a nationwide training system for real estate agents and brokers. You will be the account manager and graphic artist for this client and assist them with creating and branding slideshows, creating workbooks, designing digital assets, assisting with the creation of downloadable e-books and handouts, building collateral for seminars and large in-person events, and general creative support of a robust coaching and training organization. We are looking for someone who enjoys blazing a new trail for others to follow and who has extremely high personal integrity, drive for excellence, and a passion for working together with a team. This candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and learn as much as possible along the way. Ideally this candidate will have worked in an agency environment with a production role and corresponding deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Research, design, and develop branded collateral in both print and digital formats, such as workbooks, slideshows, webinars, etc.Layout and build eLearning modules such as eBooks and courses using instructional design software and techniques.Support the Creative Director in designing, creating, and implementing branded innovative print and digital media content across platforms (websites, brochures, social media, email, advertising, etc.)Interpret a creative brief and present strong visual solutions for company needs.Experience and firm understanding of technology and integration for common programs and systems such as Apple, Android, social media channels, CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Canva, etc.Lead on all print production projects, running a high-end printer and other tools to produce various print collateral and materials.Basic drag and drop web editing.Strong knowledge of graphic design, such as typography, hierarchy, alignment, placement, etc.Manage copywriting, ensuring consistent brand tone and voice in both short and long formats.Successfully blend strategically defined business objectives with a brand-oriented visual aesthetic.Ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously.Have a good grasp of project time requirements and be able to meet deadlines, expectations, and avoid over-commitments.Work well under pressure, exercising good judgment and interpersonal skills.Required Qualifications:

2+ years of graphic design experience with a graphic design firm, advertising agency, in-house corporate marketing department, or 4+ years of freelance/equivalent work experience.2+ years of instructional design experience using common industry programs such as Lectora, Adobe Captivate, Storyline 360, Camtasia, etc.1+ years of print production experience with a production company, in-house corporate marketing department, or 2+ years of freelance/equivalent work experience.Bachelor’s Degree in creative, graphic design, marketing, public relations or related field is preferred.Proficient with various design programs and systems, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, Microsoft Office, etc.Working knowledge of common CRM and other marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, etc.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page Distinction
