For them, Traceair is guiding a "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps to optimize the next steps, and prevents costly errors.Position OverviewThe purpose of the Account Manager position is to drive revenue growth through expanding existing customer accounts. Our primary goal is to reach 100% project saturation within all of our existing accounts. The secondary goal is to maximize revenue through upselling our products to deliver maximum value to our clients.This position has a base salary range of $70,000-$75,000 with an overall OTE range of $140K-150K annually.Primary duties include:Working with AEs and cross-functional ABM teams to create strategic growth plans within existing customer accounts.Actively working with CSMs to understand account status and CBIs.Taking point working with CSMs, AEs, and other relevant stakeholders to resolve customer issues pertaining to contracting, delivery, billing, etc.Executing regular meetings with all relevant stakeholders within customer companies to understand account potential, use cases, and CBIs. Actively soliciting additional business where appropriate.Conducting product demos and customer training to promote account growth and upsell.Managing Change Order sales process. Working with AEs as needed.Managing Renewals process. Working with AEs as needed.Working with Customers, CS, Product, Dev, and Support teams to improve the product as customers’ product needs/wants arise.Requirements:2+ Years sales experience - Account Management/Customer Sales preferredProven ability to close salesGrowth MentalityAbility and comfort working in a changing environment and roleExperience in construction or land development a plus
