Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for all sales related activities for CPI customers in the states of California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and Washington.The position is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships with End Users, Engineering Consultants, Contractors, and Channel Partners.The successful candidate will increase the Rotork - Customer contact in the region, selling either direct or through the local channel partner (Manufacturer’s Representatives and Distributors) network. They will be required to manage some large established accounts and expanding the business by acquiring new clients.Qualifications

Experience Requirements:Proven experience with managing the techniques required to co-ordinate the sale of products and services on capital projects as well as to resellers and end-users.Experience to effectively manage a channel partner network.Engineering or similar technical degree.Exhibit tact and strong diplomatic skills when dealing with all staff, customers and suppliers.The Successful Candidate:Experience in the sale of engineered industrial automation products or process equipmentHigh level of self-motivation, independence, and self-relianceKnowledge of Chemical Industry, Mining and Industrial Processes.
