in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Science, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of sales experience

in the healthcare sector, with a focus on urology, diagnostics, surgical, or pharmaceutical areas.At least 2 years of experience

in successfully navigating access and sales to Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), health systems, or academic institutions.Responsibilities

Aid in drug discovery efforts and provide the means for accurate clinical tests and diagnoses.Play a vital part in establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, driving growth, and ensuring the successful integration of our innovative diagnostics solutions.Lead the execution of strategic initiatives to foster collaborative relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), health systems, and academic institutions.Map out current prostate cancer treatment pathway and promote the adoption of Exosome Dx solutions for improved clinical decision-making and increased market share.Collaborate with internal teams and other market stakeholders to implement strategic plans aligned with specific IDNs, contributing to improved patient outcomes and increased share.Build relationships with key stakeholders in c-suite, committees, urology departments in the healthcare system to gain insights into system needs and unmet patient requirements.Educate urologists and stakeholder groups about Exosome Dx products, enabling informed treatment decisions and protocol changes.Use data to track progress against business plans and adapt strategies as needed.Ensure the execution of tactics to achieve business goals, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.Uphold ethical and professional standards consistent with Exosome Dx guidelines and policies.Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.Maintain regular and reliable attendance.Salary Range:
