Senior Account Executive
Our client, an award-winning agency, is hiring a Senior Account Executive who must have 3-7 years experience in project management or account management, working for an Agriculture client within an agency setting.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications or relatedExperience writing creative briefs.Demonstrated organization and discipline regarding time management.Experience managing project budgets and working with finance team on monthly invoicing.Comfortable leading internal presentations and status calls with clients.Ability to illustrate results and go the extra mile for clients.Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in digital media, such as data analytics, social media or paid media a plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple small-to-mid size projects from start to finish, including setting/ managing the overall timeline, communicating with internal teams and assisting with the internal process (estimate creation, brief review, project management and managing file delivery).Serve as liaison between client and internal teams.Provide project management support, including setting project timelines and managing project tasks in agency workflow software.Learn our clients businesses and industries in great depth.Managing client budgets and invoices effectively while also ensuring profitability.Creating project estimates, clarifying necessary deliverables and hours required.Update and maintain client status reports, including objectives, deadlines and budgets.Function effectively as a valued part of the team, coordinating efforts across disciplines within the agency.Assist with creative brief development, execution and follow up.Identify and support new business and organic growth opportunities.
