What we do at Codat

Codat helps banks build deeper connections with business customers. We offer products that make it easy to access, synchronize and interpret data from customers’ financial software for specific use cases, such as onboarding suppliers to commercial card programs and underwriting business loans.

Codat is used by the largest banks in the world to grow share of wallet, reduce churn & scale their operations. We are backed by leading investors including JP Morgan, Canapi Ventures, Shopify, Plaid, Tiger Global, PayPal Ventures, Index Ventures and American Express Ventures.

How our GTM team is set up

Our client-facing teams work in a cross-functional structure. We are set up in ‘pods’ that focus on key client segments and opportunities. This role is to sit within our banking pod, focusing on managing relationships with the largest banks in the US.

Who do we need, and why?

Codat’s banking clients have complex needs and multiple stakeholders, requiring a high-touch and personalized approach to championing usage and providing technical and product expertise in the post-sales process. This role is ideal for an individual with experience navigating large financial organizations.

Your relationship with banking clients will begin during the implementation phase to ensure a seamless transition, including providing guidance and advice throughout and ensuring clear go-live plans are in place.

From the point of contract signature, you’ll be working closely with the Implementations Specialist to ensure a smooth handover. Post-implementation, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction with the Codat solution, engaging new and existing users, providing training, increasing adoption through product awareness and expansion opportunities, advocating for enhancements, and acting as a client liaison with our product, engineering, and sales teams, while maintaining regular contact with stakeholders.

What you’ll bring to the team

Expert ability to build strong relationships with important stakeholders within our clients.

Expert understanding of managing large accounts, ensuring the relationship is successful to help aid renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

Experience managing relationships with banks or large financial institutions.

Strong collaboration skills.

Product mindset: you think about what our product solves and who it’s solving for, working with internal team members and our clients to understand how we make continuous improvements.

Technical familiarity with APIs, or experience with SaaS technology in the banking, fintech, or payments space would be beneficial.
