Founded in 2011, we are committed to shaping the consumer electronics brand in the global marketplace, bringing innovative, technologically savvy leading products to consumers around the world.Location: RemoteResponsibilities:Communicates with the customer on a proactive basis in order to identify customer satisfaction issues and isolate root causes of any perceived problems.Designs corrective action plans that resolve identified problems to improve customer relations.Owns and manages strategy for the customer.Ensure cross-divisional teamwork in order to leverage value in achieving the customer's business vision.Expert knowledge of assigned product lines and broad understanding of how they integrate with the organization's entire product line.Typically works on a cross-section of large and/or prominent accounts with several changing variables and complexity.Work is performed under limited direction. Has considerable latitude in determining best approach to sales and service tasks.Maintains excellent rapport with existing clients and frequently interacts directly with new prospects to build customer base and increase sales.Provides regular input to sales management regarding direction, and seeks approval regarding priorities and the best direction.Discuss and plan promotional strategy/budgeting and activities with product and sales management.A strong understanding of sales P&L is necessary.Travel as needed to existing customers and prospective partners to win product placement, train sales groups, attend conferences, demo days and more.Work closely with Planning to forecast and maintain necessary inventory for all products in the product roadmap to support customers.Needs to have a clear understanding of CE Channel partners.Existing relationships in multiple retail, dot com and distribution is preferred.Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years experience of managing Key Accounts in Retail - consumer electronics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Social Team Player.Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel etc.Flexible and creative.Prepared to travel – 20% or less of the time, to regional client / retailer.Full skills Social Network.Perks of Benefits:Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
