We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team on a part-time, remote basis, based out of Geneva.
Position Overview:
As the COO, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Elite Group. You will work closely with the CEO and other executive team members to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and efficiency. This is a flexible, part-time role with the opportunity to work remotely, allowing you to balance professional and personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all business processes.
Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals and objectives.
Manage budgets, resources, and financial planning.
Identify and address operational issues and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Foster a positive, productive, and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior executive role.
Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful operational strategies.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and priorities effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
