The Director of Sales is crucial in driving our client’s success. This position is responsible for creating, managing, and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Americas, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, aligning sales strategies with the company’s vision. They will generate, qualify, pursue, and close business opportunities from self-sourced leads, company-provided leads, and existing customer relationships. Additionally, this role involves managing and maintaining customer relationships and expectations while identifying and developing new business areas that enhance the company’s offerings across the Americas.Responsibilities:
Developing and nurturing strong business relationships to turn customers into partners.Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.Providing timely reporting of activities, forecasts, sales, and orders.Managing and leading the sales team's daily efforts, ensuring alignment with KPIs, tracking performance, providing guidance, and driving the team towards achieving sales targets and objectives.Minimum Requirements:
5+ years experience selling luxury goods.
