We have an exciting opportunity for a portfolio accountant with a famous company in the real estate industry located in Boston, MAA company that will recognize and reward hard workYou will be a part of a team that focuses on serving their clients and customersPortfolio Accountant Responsibilities
Responsible for review of monthly property financial reports from operating partners for accuracy and compliance with policies and proceduresResponsible for the compilation of investor reporting requirements, including all necessary supporting schedulesAssists in monitoring property cash flows and facilitating investment capital calls and distributionsAssists with accounts payable and other related corporate accounting mattersPortfolio Accountant Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, Master's degree, and CPA a plus3+ years relevant industry experience required, familiarity with NCREIF/PREA Reporting Standards, public accounting and/or senior housing operating experience a plusExperience with Yardi accounting software a plus
