Ibotta is seeking a Director, Account Management, Data & Media to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.Ibotta is fundamentally changing how the world’s leading advertisers think about mobile marketing, and we are looking for data-driven sellers to join our rapidly growing team. Candidates living in Chicago or New York City may also be considered for remote work. Candidates must live in the United States.What you will be doing:
Lead a team of Account Managers, inclusive of hiring, training, coaching and development.Drive towards gross profit target by coaching team to proactively work with customers to find expansion opportunities and increase loyalty and retention.Guide the team to collaborate with internal sales contacts in order to recommend next steps, grow brand relationships and build future campaigns.Ensure that the team is successfully performing in their role including, but not limited to, monitoring campaigns, measuring performance, implementing solutions and creating recap decks/QBRs.Set and achieve ambitious goals by focusing on process improvements that will help the team work more efficiently and drive incremental revenue across data and media solutions.Assist the team in maintaining and improving alignment across cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, accounting, operations, etc) for a unified strategy that supports campaign launches.Train the team to utilize analytics tools for client reporting.Take ownership of projects, including but not limited to: policies, procedures, operational processes, revenue strategies, application management, team management, etc. that enhance the team’s goals.Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values:

5-7 years of experience managing, executing, or selling digital media campaigns.1-2 years of experience managing a team preferred.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Technical Skills: G Suite, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with sourcing and activating data in media campaigns preferred.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal ( Candidates do a mock case study as part of the hiring process. )Project management experience, excels at juggling multiple projects and stakeholders at once.About Ibotta:

This range is not all inclusive as total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to the base salary that will increase total earnings.
