Furthermore, your integral role will extend to playing a pivotal part in assessing and onboarding new cloud technologies for various company departments. As you oversee configurations and features of automated services and applications, your contribution will be essential to our company's success.Division/Program Overview
The IT professional will report to the Senior Manager of Service Desk & Application, this role involves providing third-level technical support, overseeing the administration, configuration, and maintenance of all designated applications, databases, and servers, in addition to managing special projects. The responsibilities include installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting diverse Microsoft cloud technologies.
