Oversees the faculty contracting and load process and serves as the first point of contact for faculty regarding contracts.Responsibilities

Oversees and maintains systems as necessary to generate and process faculty contracts and stipend requests to ensure that all faculty are paid and/or reimbursed in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner.Processes contract changes as necessary.Creates, maintains, and disseminates reports necessary to ensure adherence to institutional load policies and works with Program Directors, Deans, and other institutional administrators to resolve load conflicts.Generates reports as requested by various other groups within the institution.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills

Knowledge of Google and Microsoft applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database experience required; knowledge of Banner database preferred.Strong public relations and organizational skills, exceptional written communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex systems and work with multiple constituencies.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a professional and confidential manner is necessary. Outstanding customer service skills are required.Proven track record of successful work, preferably in an academic setting, demonstrated talent in human relations, conflict management skills, and a demonstrated track record of detail orientation.Experience

2+ years of professional work experience.Education

Post-high school training/coursework required.Additional Information
