Here, you will make an impact by:Leading a team of sales professionals calling on one of 3M’s largest customers.Developing business strategies and creating solutions to achieve sales targets.Planning, organizing, and directing all sales activities.Consulting with leadership team to set medium- to long-term strategic direction to exceed customer expectations.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.Ten (10) years of sales and/or marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.Current, valid Driver’s License.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in business from an accredited institution.Fifteen (15) years of sales management experience calling on large retailers.Strong personal interaction skills.Work location:
Hybrid Eligible (Job duties allow for some remote work but requires being in the 3M office located in Smyrna, Georgia 2 days a week).Travel:
May include up to 25% domestic.Relocation Assistance:
