Here, you will make an impact by:Leading sales efforts across all 3M products/portfolios into the collision repair segment of the 3M’s Automotive Aftermarket Division (US)Implementing sales programs, plans, and policies as agreed upon with direct supervisorDetermining priorities, frequencies, and call patterns to be most effective and productiveSupporting headquarter, regional, and zone campaigns, initiatives, and prioritiesCreating business plans for end users and providing solutions to everyday problemsTracking and measuring all sales activity in 3M’s customer relationship management (CRM) toolCompany VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution with two (2) years of sales and/or Automotive Aftermarket industry experience in a private, public, government, or military environmentORHigh School Diploma from an accredited institution with five (5) or more years of Collision Industry/Sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environmentANDA current and valid driver’s licenseAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in financial acumenTechnical expertise and automotive repair industry knowledgeRelationship builder with a competitive natureWell organized, self-starterGreat time and territory management skillsExperience working with digital solutions (inventory management, calibration, insurance, etc.)Experience as a manufacturing sales professional or distribution sales (warehouse or jobber)Experience effectively demonstrating products to a variety of key stakeholders or influencersExperience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolTravel:
