As a 3M Web-Flexo Tapes Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Meeting or exceeding designated sales quota in your defined sales territoryPartnering with local and national channel teams to execute growth initiatives, strategies, and programsDeveloping end-user customers relationship and applications to drive growth of the Flexographic Printing Tape portfolioProviding key market and customer insights to Industrial Specialties Division portfolio managers, marketing, application engineers and leadershipCollaborating with 3M’s End-User Key Accounts Team to drive growth, through key end-user customersEffectively and consistently managing your opportunity pipeline, while conducting strategic planning for new opportunities and regular business reviews for key markets and end-user customers in the region.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionThree (3) years or more of sales or equivalent experience, in a private, public, government or military environmentTwo (2) years of Flexographic Printing or Printing Industry experience in a private, public, government or military environmentCurrent, Valid Driver’s licenseAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling.Understanding of flexographic printing processes (printer experience a +).Experience developing and managing key accounts.Experience developing and managing a large geographic territory.Product demonstration experience and competence.Strong track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Work location:Remote sales based in Houston or Dallas, TXTravel:
