Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, along with admission to practice in Vermont or eligibility for admission, are essential.Duties:Provide legal counsel and support in transactional and corporate matters.Assist in mergers, asset and stock acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, corporate law, or secured finance matters.Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation.Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in transactional and corporate law.Familiarity with tax law is preferred.Interest in working with non-profit corporate clients.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong writing and legal research skills.Admission to practice law in Vermont or eligibility for admission.Admission to practice law in New Hampshire is a plus.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Vermont State Bar or eligibility for admission.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in legal research tools and resources.Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic legal environment.
