RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and methodologies to align with changes in the business and economic indicators
- Identify areas of concern where trends suggest risk to the organization and strategize for a solution.
- Leverage analytics to evaluate the financial impacts of strategic initiatives and business opportunities
- Partner with Operations and IT to align for data strategy for dashboard reporting
- Coordinate and lead annual budgeting and forecasting process and track the performance against the financial goals and objectives
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to Management, Executive Leadership, and Board of Directors
- Partner and manage monthly P&L meetings with operations personnel to ensure creation and execution of improvement plans
- Perform ad hoc reports, analysis, and special projects as requested
- Support the continuous improvement of systems and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- A master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrate progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior management role
- A professional certification, such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or CGMA, is preferred
- Ability to independently resolve complex problems where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Excellent decision-making skills by selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation of data for obtaining results
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other financial software and systems
- Must be detail oriented with big picture vision
- Epicor and XL Connect experience is a plus
