JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The VTEN Sales Manager role is responsible for the continued promotion and development of the Viega LLC Trades Education Network (VTEN) Program across all Regions of the United States and Canada. Duties include managing program elements and objectives including the achievement of overall sales and program profitability. This role will drive field growth for the program by maintaining current relationships with campus partners as well as sell the program to potential new campus participants. Requirements for this position will focus on sales objectives and goals, expense management, coordination of field support, onboarding, on-site orientation and training, delivery of required resources that support program objectives, technical support of the learning management system and participation in the development of new curriculum and materials.

JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

Manage Campus ParticipationCultivate and Maintain Relationships with existing Campus ParticipantsDrive renewal of Vten program with existing Campus Participants.Schedule and conduct program orientation trainings with instructors at new Campus Participant locations.Plan and schedule student intakes with Campus Participants to ensure student participation through Viega's LMS eLearning platformVTEN Program Introduction

Review target list with Vten Program Manager, arrange formal presentations to potential Campus Participants.Participate in Tradeshows to articulate the benefits of the program to current and future targets.Coordinate Viega participation in relevant industry events and associations to promote the program.Course and Program Development

Develop program materials, to include workbooks, presentations, etc.Collect and incorporate participant feedback to enhance existing content and help with the creation of new content.Reporting

Maintain expensesCoordinate the recording of all participant information in CRM.Initiate contact plan provided by Vten Program Manager.Provide required paperwork and reports timely to Manager.Other

Attends meetings as required and/or assigned.Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.Special Job Dimensions

Total Rewards Package :

Compensation

Base: $80,000 to $110,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.Bonus or Commission: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.Benefits
