The
Manager, Regional Sales
is responsible for all aspects of leading an assigned region, including direct responsibility for driving new business and leading a professional sales team. This individual will develop and implement the sales strategy in alignment with the regional growth plan. The role is responsible for building and leading sales team, implementing processes, and partnering with other functions within company to deliver highest customer experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILSDevelop and implement a strategic plan for the assigned region to achieve budget; implement plans to drive pull model focused on conversion and specifications.Manage, recruit, train, motivate, coach, develop and retain a high-performance team.Meets regularly with team to review goals, strategies, and prospects; manages overall performance and provides direction and objective coaching as needed.Develop, strategize, plan, and maintain business relationships with key customers.Develop manage and grow the opportunity pipeline.Track regional KPI's and other performance metrics; including activities in SalesForce.Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans.Analyzes regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunitiesImplement, and maintain company policies, procedures and intra-departmental communications; maintain managerial relationships by encouraging and providing a timely two-way flow of information between subordinates, management, and user groups.Responsible for personnel, sales activities, industry symposiums, etc. at physical VEC location.Communication of sales results, programs & processes.Performs other duties as required and/or assignedWill be required to travel up to 20% of the time.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of MS Office and SalesforceHighly advanced selling skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationExcellent business, decision-making, and negotiation skillsSolid organization and time management skillsExcellent presentation and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability and flexibility to adapt to different situationsAbility to train, lead and motivate a high functioning teamAbility to develop and maintain strong and impactful business relationshipsEducation, Certification/License & Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred6-8 years of progressive sales experienceValid Driver's License requiredEquivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Total Rewards Package :
Compensation
Base: $99,000 to $141,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.Benefits
