As the Manager, Employee Experience, you will build global short-term and mid-term plans for Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Culture. This role involves designing innovative processes, programs, and experiences to support the enhancing of our Employees' Experience to deepen their sense of belonging. As a key member of the Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE), the manager works closely with key stakeholders including Senior Leaders, Talent Acquisition (COE), Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and members of the overall Human Resources team to support the achievement of our enterprise goals.

This role does require a standard 40-hour work week and cannot accommodate an alternative schedule.

Responsibilities include:

Establishes global short and mid-term programs around Employee Experience (Employee Value Proposition, DEI, Culture and Employee Engagement) for the enterprise that are in service of the long-term talent management strategy.Executes strategic initiatives, programs, and processes in support of Westinghouse enterprise efforts related to Employee Value Proposition, DEI and Employee Engagement.Partners with Talent Acquisition to diversify talent pipelines and collaborates with external partners as necessary to strengthen talent pools.Effectively integrates DEI strategy across internal business while managing external partners and building community relations.Leads the end-to-end execution of our employee experience strategy that positively reflects the changing nature of work, evolving employee needs/wants to better support business outcomes and our employees.Develops and builds branding programs in support of employer branding strategy driving towards recognition as Great Place to Work and employer of choice.Develops and builds programs that create a common language around our DEI and facilitates dialogue amongst senior leaders along with the employee population while creating exceptional experiences.As a partner to senior leaders and human resources provides consultation and coaching to leaders and HRBPs in support of embedding the necessary behaviors to ensure our goals are achieved.Promotes and champions a culture of accountability, inclusion and engagement working across the global areas of responsibility while ensuring both Global and Country specific requirements are met.Supports the development of Employee Resource Groups (ERG) allowing for the enabling ERG programs and other key modes of inclusion into our enterprise strategy.Provides specific, practical, and actionable tools and resources for managers and HRBPs to help create inclusion conversations across the company, at all levels of the organization while reinforcing our Nuclear Safety Culture.Conducts ongoing research on best practices and recommends strategies for continuous improvement to increase the maturity level in support of our organization's employee experience journey.Develops appropriate DEI metrics and plans for tracking strategic data to inspire action and drive outcomes.Supports internal reporting and external reporting where appropriate.Assists in implementing change management processes and tools to support the adoption of the changes required to drive meaningful cultural shifts within the organization.Creates and implements communication strategies and campaigns to support HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.8+ years of hands-on experience of transformative work with branding centric impact (HR, Communication, DEI, Marketing and other relatable fields).Previous DEI experience is preferred.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).Excellent stakeholder management.Possess a strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategic objectives into action.Understanding of key Talent Management processes.Proven track record in leading transformational efforts.Ability to drive initiatives by influencing across the enterprise.Experience working within global matrixed organization.Demonstrated track record of building relationships and working collaboratively.Experience leading change and cross-functional collaboration for large complex global initiatives.
