Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Continuous Improvement to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role leading and driving initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and is crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

Develop and Implement Continuous Improvement Strategies:

Facilitate and lead projects across the organization.

Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.

Oversee warehouse inventory management processes to ensure optimal efficiency and increased DC throughput.

Implement inventory control procedures to enhance accuracy and reduce discrepancies.

Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects.

Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team and across the organization.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance, and cost savings.

Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and strategic planning.

Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing, warehouse management, inventory management, and continuous improvement.

Implement best practices to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects from conception to implementation and monitoring in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, SLIM, NetStock).

Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change initiatives.
