DIRECTOR PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM (PHP) - LMHC/LICSWArbour Counseling Services , a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, provides trusted quality and experience throughout our continuum of behavioral health and substance use treatment programs. Individualized care services are offered to individuals of all ages, groups, families, and couples. Arbour Counseling Services prioritizes quality and convenience for the communities we serve while providing compassionate care for all.**Currently offering up to a $10k Signing Bonus for this role***About the Role:Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer a Full Time Partial Hospitalization Director role at our Partial Hospitalization Program in The Boston Center, Allston, MA. The PHP Director is responsible for the overall quality & fiscal management of the program as well as assuring that all clinical services are in full compliance with applicable regulations and payer contract specifications. This Director will promote the development of the program through marketing & cultivating relationships with other providers, local & state agencies, and managed care organizations. All PHP Directors ensure that their site program is profitable and at minimum meets budget.Essential Responsibilities:Oversee all programmatic and operational aspects of the PHP programManage budgetary expectations and coordinate provision of services with various disciplinesMaintain agreed upon census levels in the programMarket and cultivate relationships with other providers, local and state agencies, and managed care organizationsCoordinate and conduct intakesNegotiate fee agreements if necessaryAssure that insurance verification and billing are completed for each client and in a timely mannerAssist with resolving problem claims with contracted billing companyDevelop program effectiveness and methods of treatment in keeping with current practicesRun the staff and treatment team meetingsProvide group and individual clinical supervision for staffCoordinate clinical information between the treatment team and the prescriberAssure that treatment planning is well designed and implementedConduct the insurance authorizations and concurrent reviews with insurance companiesManage quality assurance of the program and its medical records in compliance with insurance standardsCoordinate transportation arrangements for clientsAssure that payroll timesheets are collected and sent to the payroll department in a timely mannerResponsible for reporting program statistics to Supervising Director of PHP and COOResponsible for public relations and program growthOther duties as assignedLeadership Expectations:Fosters staff development and growth of teamProvides regular coaching and feedback to employees to motivate performanceCompletes performance evaluations providing thorough feedback and goals to assigned staff by established deadlinesCoordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to staff; actively involved in resolving employee matters/issuesMaintains open communication through regular rounding and one-to-one meetings with employeesEnsures staff comply with assigned education requirements in a timely manner (i.e., CIA Training, HIPAA training, competencies, etc.)Responsible for holding staff accountable for upholding facility policies/procedures and managing the corrective action process when neededActively participates and champions the facility’s Service Excellence and Recognition ProgramsDevelops team building initiatives to engage staff and build a positive team dynamicActively participates in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for all staff within the teamQualificationsLICSW or LMHC requiredMinimum of two years as a clinical supervisor or program manager preferredMinimum of five years of psych experience, preferably in a community mental health settingPrior experience with children & adolescents as well as a higher level of care experience preferredCandidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentationCandidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentationEEO StatementAll UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
