This high profile, growth-oriented, and challenging corporate position will play a key role in the financial finance organization at Ghirardelli. This individual will provide financial support to Business Leaders and Executives across the company, prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and tools to support investment and cost reduction decisions, and provide business partners with actionable insights into financial levers. This individual must possess a great attention to detail, a high aptitude for technology and financial systems, and a strong desire and ability to work within a dynamic environment. Additionally, a strong candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of the P&L, and be able to develop strong collaborative relationships across all departments, while remaining comfortable in proposing and defending opposing perspectives.Scope of Responsibilities

This position reports into the FP&A team, which serves as a strategic business partner to Ghirardelli’s Retail Operating Expense (OPEX) cost center budget owners, with responsibility for balanced financial support and oversight. This role requires financial ownership of the annual business planning / budgeting process for a defined set of Ghirardelli’s Retail and E-Commerce cost centers – developing and deploying processes, tools, and reporting, along with providing decision support and insights to functional business managers and leaders across the company, enabling budget owners to plan, track, and execute their annual OPEX spending budgets, with a direct impact on Ghirardelli’s profitability.Specific Knowledge & Skills

A solid understanding of accounting and financial conceptsAdvanced Excel skills with experience in financial modelingProficient experience with a windows-based ERP and reporting systemStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong desire to work in a dynamic environment, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing prioritiesWillingness and flexibility to vary hours and efforts according to deadlinesSalary: $90K-$110K/yr. + Bonus Eligibility
