Responsibilities will include managing schedules, optimizing workflows, developing performance improvement initiatives, assisting with staff onboarding and training, overseeing medication ordering, and balancing hands-on bench work with administrative tasks.Reporting to the Pharmacy Director, this Pharmacy Manager will have oversight of a dedicated team of pharmacy technicians, full-time pharmacists, and per diem pharmacists. The department supports pharmacy services for the hospital’s 100+ inpatient beds and additional clinics.
