This role demands a proactive, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how to align HR strategies with business objectives. Strategic Partnership: Act as a key HR point of contact for management, developing strong, proactive relationships that are grounded in trust and business knowledge. Understand business goals and provide strategic, tailored HR guidance to meet these objectives.Business Acumen & Solutions Development: Leverage deep understanding of the business environment to anticipate needs and challenges. Employ a solutions-oriented mindset to develop and implement innovative HR strategies that enhance organizational performance and maintain competitive advantage.Employment Law & HR Practices: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations concerning employment. Apply knowledge of employment law and HR best practices to advise on and resolve complex HR issues, minimizing risk.Change Management & Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives and promote HR programs that encourage effective adoption of new behaviors within the workplace. Facilitate organizational development and restructuring efforts that align with business growth and dynamic market conditions.Technology & Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR technology to improve HR workflow and data analysis. Make evidence-based decisions that support strategic goals and provide a measurable ROI.Performance Management: Enhance and support a performance management framework that aligns with company objectives and fosters high performance and employee accountability.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HR business partner role.Strong business acumen and ability to translate business vision and strategy into effective HR initiatives.Demonstrated expertise in employment law and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions.High proficiency in HRIS systems and comfortable with new technologies.Equal Opportunity Statement
