Senior Data Analysts , you will work closely with the Product team amongst other stakeholders from across the business, including engineers, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to define the data needs and products which will drive the business forward. The ideal candidate will be extremely curious, knowledgeable about data strategy in Travel, and will use their data skills and business mindset to make a difference every day. We take great pride in our diversity of backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives and we strongly believe this is helping us to grow as a successful and impactful team.What You'll Do:Work closely with the product team to provide insights and analytics to support business decision makingDesign, build and monitor funnels and AB tests at scale to optimize performanceAnalyze data to identify trends/insights that may influence the product decisionsSupport and advise the business with ad-hoc analytics, as well as apply statistical techniques to create insights and discover new business opportunitiesEnable and support the business regarding the development and use of data analysis and reporting by building reporting-grade data sources in our BI environment and translating those data sources into meaningful dashboards and reports for easy business useProvide business expertise and guidance (consultative partnership) on how to apply leverage data analytics and reporting within the product and engineering organizationsConduct research on the data to address some of the business questionsCreate and deliver documentation and training on reporting and BI tools for business users to enable self-service on company dataWhat We're Looking For:7+ years of experienceHighly experienced in SQLHighly experienced with: dashboard building, groups and roles, best practices, etc. (Experience with ThoughtSpot is a plus)Ability to design semantic data layer for visualization and data hubDemonstrated ability to translate business information needs into analytics, insights, and reportingExperience with Snowflake and dbt is a plusWorking in the Travel and Leisure industry is a plusAn advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, information science, or a related technical field is a plusExcellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills and a strong team playerThe posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need.
