Navan is looking for an experienced Senior GTM Strategy Manager who thrives driving long-term strategy development, strategic initiatives, and business performance across the sales and customer success organizations.

What You'll Do:

Support GTM, Travel team

to improve their analytical and operational needs to help team win more business more efficientlyBe heavily involved in

building out the foundation and GTM motion

for the partnership teamDiscover ways to improve forecast/pipeline

accuracy by implementing opportunity hygiene best practicesManage relationships with internal teams and external consultants/ third-party vendorsBe responsible for supporting planning and reporting needs , including territory planning, forecasting, attrition, recruiting, and performance dataWhat We're Looking For:

4+ years of strategic GTM experience

at an established B2B SaaS company, preferably a startup OR 4+ years of experience in Management Consultingworking with GTM orgsExperience in GTM tools

with analytics and CRM tools (Excel, SQL, Salesforce). Bonus if you also have experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, and forecasting toolsAbility to both

engage meaningfully on higher level strategyAnalytical rigor , ability to support decisions with data, and ability to draw insights from disparate information sourcesA self-starter mentality , with the ability to drive work from conceptualization, to analysis, to recommendation and, at times, to implementation

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate's starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate's skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.

$112,000-$180,000 USD
