Corporate Associate Attorney - Finance

A law firm in Florham Park, NJ, is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney - Finance to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, including work with financial institutions and borrowers on commercial finance transactions. The role requires significant expertise in drafting loan, security, and intercreditor documents, advising on covenant compliance, and managing due diligence teams.
