OASIS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ThayerMahan, Inc., is seeking a research scientist/scientific programmer in acoustics, signal processing, and embedded system software design in Lexington, MA or Groton, CT. Due to our work with the U.S. Government, this role legally requires that you are a U.S. citizen.Minimum Qualifications:BS or MS degree in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science.3-5 years of post-graduate experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to secure a DoD security clearance.Responsibilities:Software development.Acoustic and oceanographic data analysis.Application of digital signal processing techniques in a real-time embedded computing environment.Programming experience in C.Facility with Linux operating systems.Willingness to travel and support at-sea experiments.Applicants are encouraged to submit their resume and references to Dr. Vince Premus, Vice President for Science and Technology, at
