We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the Accounts Payable Specialist position.Our Company has the following to offer:Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k), vacation and holidaysInvestments in the latest technologyExclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodonticsPrimary Responsibilities & Skills:Coding, entering, verifying and vendor reconciliation of invoice, match with supporting documentation and enter into company system(s) for paymentReview vendor statement to ensure accuracy and resolve issues that ariseReview all invoices for appropriate coding and approvalsObtain new vendor and W-9 forms when applicableProcess invoices for 25+ locations in the United States & CanadaAnswer all vendor and internal AP inquiriesAssist with weekly check run; month end closingProvide supporting documents for internal and external audits, as neededAssign to appropriate location managers and administrators for approvalAssist other associates – including AP team and accounting as necessaryAssist AP manager with projects and ad-hoc reports as necessaryAll other duties as assigned or otherwise required by Corporate Accounts Payable ManagerQualifications:NetSuite experience or other ERP system with purchasing/inventory module1-2 years of experience in accounts payableKnowledge of purchase order processesAbility to work independently or in a group settingFlexible and adaptable to business needs as they changeStrong organizational skills, being careful, accurate and detail oriented in a fast paced environmentEffective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredPay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour*All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check*MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
