CHRO Responsibilities:
Leads the HR department and oversees operations
Develops and implements effective talent management strategies to support overall goals and objectives
Takes a leadership role in organization development and growth
Establishes, communicates, and oversees employee incentive and benefits program
Maintains and expands on training and development programs
Builds strong employee relations and fosters a positive work environment
Manages HR budget and resources efficiently
Maintains professional and technical knowledge for HR initiatives
Executes the responsibilities of a company CHRO according to lawful and ethical standards
Provides oversight, review and updates to HR policies & procedures, and QAC, Accreditation, & Strategic Plans
Ensures compliance with all relevant labor and employment laws and regulations
Facilitates effective communication and collaboration across the organization
Qualifications:
Possess a minimum of a Baccalaureate degree in related discipline
Ten years of HR management experience
Seven years of supervisory experience
Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills
Competency with online administrative systems, reading and writing skills
Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record
Ability to perform primary duties, physical, and mental tasks thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification is preferred

Competitive Salary: $90,000-$110,000 with opportunity for bonus
